"Jinjeop Yuseung Hannaedeul The Terrace" is a public-supported private rental housing allowing long-term residence for up to 10 years. Initial rent is reasonably set compared to surrounding market prices, and the increase rate is limited to within 5% annually. Eligibility for subscription is open to anyone aged 19 or older who is a non-homeowner or a member of a non-homeowner household, regardless of whether they have a subscription savings account, and there is no restriction on re-winning. Additionally, since it is not included in the number of owned houses, there are no taxes related to home ownership such as acquisition tax, property tax, or comprehensive real estate tax.
The Jinjeop district where the complex is located is equipped with natural environment and living infrastructure nearby.
