The unveiled frame contains the original tower design submitted by the Zainichi Korean architect Yoo Dong-ryong, the copyright holder of Gyeongju Tower, in a contest in 2004. Next to the frame, an information board about Gyeongju Tower and architect Yoo Dong-ryong was also installed.
