NH Nonghyup Life Launches Happy Call Double Pass NH Health Insurance (Renewal, Non-Renewal)
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] NH Nonghyup Life announced on the 1st that it has launched a new TM (telemarketing) exclusive product called 'Happy Call Double Pass NH Health Insurance (renewable, non-cancellable)' that allows people with pre-existing conditions and elderly individuals to enroll.
This product is divided into two types depending on the enrollment method: Type 1 (Two-Pass Type), a simplified underwriting insurance with only two questions, and Type 2 (General Enrollment Type), a general underwriting insurance, allowing anyone to join.
For the Two-Pass Type, if the applicant does not meet either of the two questions?▲ whether there has been hospitalization, surgery, or a need for additional tests recommended by a doctor within the last 3 months, ▲ whether there has been a diagnosis, hospitalization, or surgery for cancer, liver cirrhosis, angina, myocardial infarction, or stroke within the last 5 years?people with pre-existing conditions and elderly individuals can also enroll.
The enrollment age is from 30 to a maximum of 80 years based on the main contract. Both the main contract and riders are renewable, providing coverage up to age 105.
A distinctive feature is that through optional riders, coverage can be focused on desired major organs. In particular, there are separate riders for cancer, stroke, and acute myocardial infarction, allowing those who have existing insurance to select and enroll only for the insufficient coverage areas.
