Kim Young-pyo, former Deputy Director of the Gyeongnam Research Institute, has been inaugurated as the 5th Director of the Changwon City Policy Research Institute in Gyeongnam.

Director Kim earned a Ph.D. in Economics from the graduate school of Gyeongnam National University and is a professional researcher who has been establishing and evaluating regional economic policies for over 30 years in the region.
Director Kim is recognized for playing a bridging role in regional development through policy development for regional economic revitalization and various advisory roles for the Gyeongnam provincial government and Changwon city administration.
