Lower Water Level in Jungnangcheon... Two-Way Vehicle Traffic on Naebusunhwanro Majang Ramp to Seongdong JC Section
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] Seoul City announced that with the water level of Jungnangcheon decreasing, traffic on the entire section of Dongbu Expressway was resumed from 6:10 AM on the 10th. Two-way vehicle traffic is also now possible on the section from Majang Ramp of the Internal Circulation Road to Seongdong JC.
Seoul City explained, "With the water level of Jungnangcheon lowering, vehicle traffic has resumed on sections that were previously controlled due to heavy rain."

Accordingly, as of 7 AM on the same day, the sections of Seoul urban expressways where two-way traffic control is in effect are ▲ Banpo-daero Jamsugyo and ▲ Olympic-daero from Gayang Bridge to Dongjak Bridge, totaling two locations. One-way control sections include two locations: Gangbyeonbuk-ro from Mapo Bridge to Hangang Bridge, and from Dongjak Bridge to Hangang Bridge.
