[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] The rooftop bar 'Side Note Club' at RYSE Autograph Collection announced on the 20th that it will collaborate with 'Midnight Pleasure,' which curates French desserts and wines in Yeonnam-dong, Seoul, to launch a dessert cocktail set.
The 'Midnight Pleasure×SNC Dessert Cocktail Set,' created through this collaboration, includes the 'Summer Pi?ce Mont?e.' This is a traditional French dessert made by stacking cookies high, completed using summer-appropriate ingredients such as pepper cheese, salted caramel, tomato basil, and port chocolate.
Side Note Club is also offering two cocktails for summer, 'Midnight Sour' and 'Pleasure of Porto.' They use Kopke port wine as the base and also utilize Ruby port wine and Tony port wine to provide different flavor experiences.
