By age group, those in their 30s accounted for the largest share at 35.9%, followed by those in their 20s (25.7%), 40s (25.2%), 50s (8.5%), 60s and above (2.5%), and teens (2.2%). By gender, males accounted for 63% and females 37%.
Uchin receive between 2,800 and 3,200 KRW per delivery from GS Retail. When ordering through the three platforms?Uchil-Order, Yogiyo, and KakaoTalk Order?the order information is transmitted to the Uchil-Delivery application (app), and the walking delivery person who accepts the order call proceeds with the delivery.
The delivery radius is limited to within 1.5 km, considering walking delivery for picking up ordered products, and the weight of the delivery item must not exceed 6 kg. Initially, Uchin delivery service was limited to GS25 and GS The Fresh deliveries, but since March last year, it has expanded to third-party logistics with BBQ Chicken, as well as to Ma Wang Jokbal, Mom’s Touch, Mexicana, Baskin Robbins, Tomato (small and medium-sized supermarkets), and traditional markets.
