The 8th "Ethics and Human Rights Management Day" Event Held
On the 31st, at the 8th Ethics and Human Rights Management Day event, Chairman Kim Hak-do delivered a message on ethics and human rights.
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Small and Medium Business Corporation (Chairman Kim Hak-do, hereinafter referred to as SBC) announced on the 31st that it held the 8th Ethics and Human Rights Management Day event at its headquarters in Jinju, Gyeongnam.
Since 2014, SBC has designated June 2nd as Ethics and Human Rights Management Day and has been promoting awareness-raising activities on ethics and human rights management together with its employees, subsidiaries, and external stakeholders.
At the event, the following activities were conducted: ▲ Ethics, human rights, and safety management pledge with internal and external stakeholders ▲ Ethics, human rights, and safety management practice oath ▲ CEO’s ethics and human rights message dissemination ▲ Integrity performance.
Local branches and training centers also conducted education for department members and mutual respect autonomous communication activities to raise awareness of ethics and human rights. In addition, SBC plans to conduct a self-diagnosis on conflicts of interest for all employees in accordance with the implementation of the Public Officials Conflict of Interest Prevention Act to identify and prevent potential conflict of interest situations related to job performance in advance.
