On the 24th, the Seongbuk Police Station in Seoul arrested a man in his 40s, identified as Mr. A, on the spot on charges of assaulting a driver under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes.
Mr. A blocked a city bus making a right turn on a road in Seongbuk-gu around 10 p.m. the previous night, hitting the bus with his hand and stopping the vehicle.
Mr. A boarded the bus and assaulted the driver, Mr. B, by pulling the top of his head. Mr. A was intoxicated at the time.
