Candidate Yoon toured areas including Uijeongbu, Dongducheon, Paju, and Goyang in Gyeonggi Province, launching a focused offensive against the government and ruling party's real estate policy failures. He targeted Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party presidential candidate who served as mayor of Seongnam and governor of Gyeonggi Province, by mentioning the Seongnam Daejang-dong scandal and the sharply rising housing prices. On this day, Yoon wore a gray turtleneck shirt and a black suit instead of the official red jumper of the People Power Party.
In Dongducheon, Gyeonggi Province, Yoon said, "Housing prices soaring to unprecedented heights is the first time since the founding of the nation, and even I have never seen this since I was young," adding, "The reason housing prices have risen is because housing supply has not been provided." He further stated, "They impose extremely high capital gains taxes on homeowners to prevent listings from appearing in the housing sales market."
Yoon continued, "The people who designed the Democratic Party's real estate policies believe that if citizens become homeowners, they will become conservative," and "This means losing support from the Democratic Party's base, so to maintain and extend their rule, they prevent housing construction and block supply, making it impossible for citizens to become homeowners, which inevitably causes housing prices to rise." He explained that during the Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye administrations, reconstruction and redevelopment projects were carried out, so housing prices did not rise significantly.

He described the current government as representing militant labor unions. Yoon criticized, "Militant unions representing 4% of the 25 million wage workers in our country demanded income-led growth, and since they operate on a seniority system, wages automatically rise when the minimum wage increases. This has made life very difficult for struggling self-employed people and part-time students."
Yoon described militant unions as partners with the Democratic Party. He said, "They claim to be weak or vulnerable workers, but they are aristocratic workers," adding, "They collaborate to extend their rule and maintain power."
In Goyang, Yoon called out former Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kim Hyun-mi. He said, "The Democratic Party government changed real estate policies 28 times, but that was all a show," and added, "(Former Minister Kim) just followed orders, and the starting point of the Democratic Party's real estate policy was that if people own their homes, they become conservative and stop voting for them, so they must prevent homeownership."
Bringing up the Daejang-dong scandal, Yoon continued to criticize candidate Lee. He said, "Kim Man-bae and his group took 350 million won and earned nearly 1 trillion won," pointing out, "With the money Kim Man-bae's group earned, they were supposed to build many rental homes so that ordinary citizens and young people could live cheaply, but they did not do any of that."
