[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Incheon International Airport Corporation announced on the 22nd that it held the 'Airport Family Tenant Service Improvement Council One-Heart Integrity Pledge Ceremony' at the Incheon Airport Terminal 1 CS Academy in the afternoon to promote a culture of integrity and ethics among Incheon Airport employees.
The event, conducted in compliance with COVID-19 prevention guidelines, was attended by Ryu Jin-hyung, Head of Operations at Incheon International Airport Corporation, along with executives and employees from Incheon Airport Facility Management, Incheon Airport Operation Service, and tenant representatives.
The integrity pledge ceremony proceeded in the order of △ sharing tenant service satisfaction survey results △ external lecturer's integrity special lecture △ integrity pledge oath. Through the pledge, attendees committed to leading by example in spreading a culture of integrity and ethics within Incheon Airport by adhering to laws and principles and preventing corruption during their duties.
Ryu Jin-hyung, Head of Operations at Incheon International Airport Corporation, stated, “Based on this integrity pledge ceremony, we plan to establish a clean and transparent lease management system and strengthen cooperative relationships with various tenants on site to improve the quality of tenant services.” He added, “Through this, we expect passenger services at Incheon Airport to advance to a higher level.”

As part of this, the corporation set a goal to improve integrity through strengthening company-wide ethical management.
