Mr. A is accused of damaging two banners of Jo Won-jin, the candidate from the Our Republican Party for the 20th presidential election, which were hung along the roadside in Ssangchon-dong and Geumho-dong, Seo-gu, on the 18th, using a utility knife.
According to the police investigation, Mr. A committed the act out of frustration because the banners obstructed pedestrian traffic.
