BNK Busan Bank Launches Digital Innovation Organization 'DX Leader'
Composed of 30 MZ Generation Members Selected Through Public Recruitment

BNK Busan Bank announced on the morning of the 22nd that it held the inaugural ceremony for the first Digital Innovation Leaders (DX Leaders) at its Busan headquarters.
The DX Leaders is an innovative organization composed of 30 MZ generation employees (born between the 1980s and 2000s) selected through an open call, aiming to nurture digital talent at Busan Bank.
The DX Leaders will build expertise and planning skills by participating in various digital training sessions and seminars, and will also play a role in enhancing the completeness of digital-related projects by providing opinions on new businesses and services to be promoted by Busan Bank in the future.

Busan Bank has designated this year as the first year of digital transformation and has reorganized its structure, including establishing a Digital Innovation Team directly under the bank president.
