In a statement released that day, the Logistics Association said, "This is a serious challenge and threat to the national economy."
The Logistics Association pointed out that the Delivery Union's strike is actually hindering the implementation of social agreements and exacerbating confusion in the industry. The general strike is spreading conflict and confusion on the ground, obstructing the implementation of social agreements, and the vast majority of non-unionized delivery workers are complaining of income losses due to clients leaving.
The Logistics Association expressed concern that "the Delivery Union's strike could accelerate the crisis in the delivery industry," explaining that "the delivery service, which is the delivery industry's core area, is facing serious challenges both internally and externally, including from other industries, and if public distrust and negative perceptions increase due to the Delivery Union's actions, the delivery industry could face mutual destruction."
It also evaluated that the strike has lost legitimacy in terms of method. The Logistics Association stated, "The illegal occupation of the headquarters of CJ Logistics, with which there is no direct contractual relationship, collective assault on executives and employees, property damage, and obstruction of business operations continue, and they claim these acts as industrial action," adding, "This is a direct violation of the Labor Union Act and other laws, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor also classifies it as illegal industrial action."

Finally, the Logistics Association emphasized, "The four strikes and illegal, violent acts by the Delivery Union continuing since last year are not only a serious threat to the national economy but also cause great damage and inconvenience to the public and small business owners," urging, "We strongly call on the Delivery Union to immediately stop the unjustified strike and illegal occupation and return to the workplace."
