On the afternoon of the 10th, Dongmyung University and LG HelloVision signed a business agreement at the university's main administration building to cultivate media commerce professionals.
The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Hyunjung, General Director of LG HelloVision Busan Broadcasting, Jeon Hohwan, President of Dongmyung University, and professors from the Department of Media Communication.
Through this agreement, they will activate ▲ mutual exchange for joint development and collaboration ▲ expanded opportunities for participation in broadcasting fieldwork within major courses ▲ industry-academia internships for local university students ▲ creation of an untact campus utilizing ICT.
Dongmyung University has newly established a major course called ‘Live Broadcast Production’ for fourth-year students in the Department of Media Communication, providing specialized education related to live streaming and live commerce.
LG HelloVision Busan Broadcasting plans to support practical skill enhancement by offering students opportunities to participate in broadcasting fieldwork.
President Jeon Hohwan said, “It is expected that the university will enhance its competitiveness and implement Do-ing education by creating a collaboration model with the local broadcasting station to revitalize the regional economy.”
