According to the Jeonnam Fire Headquarters, Kim held the '2021 Fire Station Comprehensive Evaluation Awards Ceremony' that day, presenting the Jeonnam Governor's Award and prize money to the outstanding stations in the comprehensive evaluation and commending their hard work.
Then, during the communication session attended by the heads of each department and section of the Fire Headquarters and the chiefs of the 18 fire stations, they shared views and opinions on preventing employee safety accidents, establishing a rapid on-site response system, and spreading a safety culture among residents.
Emphasizing communication among employees, they pledged to work together to create a happy working environment through a horizontal atmosphere and an organizational culture of mutual respect and consideration.
As an urgent matter, Kim urged all employees to participate in preventing the spread of COVID-19 infections in the workplace and to strictly comply with quarantine rules.
Regarding the presidential and local elections to be held this year, he also ordered education to establish public service discipline to ensure compliance with the political neutrality obligation of public officials and to prevent any violations related to election involvement.
