[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] A ‘budget phone review hotspot’ for the MZ generation, who value genuine reviews from actual users, is coming.
Hello Mobile, a budget phone (MVNO) service operated by LG HelloVision, announced on the 7th that it will open a ‘customer review service’ on its direct mall. Customers can view vivid experiences ranging from the actual device to self-activation reviews of the SIM card all at a glance.
This new service is a ‘real-time budget phone review’ service that any Hello Mobile subscriber can participate in. By sending a star rating and a brief review through a notification talk sent within 8 days after activation, the review is immediately posted on the direct mall. Participation in reviews is easy with just a few taps through a simple conversation with an AI chatbot, and formats such as photos, videos, and text are all accepted.
To celebrate the launch of the service, LG HelloVision is also running a ‘Real Review Challenge.’ Until the 2nd of next month, a total of 1,010 customers who participate in the reviews will be selected by lottery to receive prizes such as air purifiers, smartwatches, keychains, fast chargers, and finger straps. The more ‘Helpful’ clicks a review receives, the higher the chances of winning.
Marking its 10th anniversary, Hello Mobile prepared this service to newly innovate customer experience. It listens closely to the vivid voices of existing customers to increase satisfaction. The aim is also to target the consumption preferences of the MZ generation, who trust ‘purchased-with-own-money reviews’ over simple advertisements when making purchasing decisions.
