Flood Warning Issued for Hamburg and Northern Germany Due to Storms

According to major foreign media on the 30th, in the port city of Hamburg, the water level of the Elbe River rose to 5.2 meters, higher than usual, flooding the famous fish market. Additionally, firefighters responded to 450 emergency calls between the previous day and last night.
German public broadcaster NDR reported that some areas near the city of Wismar, located east of Hamburg, experienced power outages. Train services on some northern routes were also suspended.
