Yoon Cha-yong, the newly appointed Vice President, has held key positions at KDIC, including Head of the Bond Management Department, Head of the Human Resources Support Department, and Director of the International Cooperation Office. Until last year, he also served as Secretary-General of the Asia-Pacific Regional Committee at the International Association of Deposit Insurers (IADI).
