The maximum temperature during the day is forecasted to be between 3°C and 11°C. Both the minimum and maximum temperatures are higher than the average temperatures for this period (minimum between -12°C and -1°C, maximum between 0°C and 8°C).
The expected minimum and maximum temperatures for major cities are ▲Seoul -2°C and 4°C ▲Incheon -2°C and 3°C ▲Daejeon -2°C and 8°C ▲Gwangju 0°C and 8°C ▲Daegu 0°C and 9°C ▲Ulsan 1°C and 11°C ▲Busan 2°C and 11°C. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecasts that the warm weather will continue.
However, in eastern Gyeonggi and inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, where rain or snow is expected until night, temperatures may drop below freezing overnight, so caution is advised for icy roads. However, among the 'normal' areas, Gangwon Yeongseo and Yeongnam are expected to worsen to 'bad' levels at night, according to the Korea Meteorological Administration.
