In the weekly women's golf world rankings officially announced on the morning of the 25th (Korean time), she climbed two spots from 10th place last week. She earned points by winning the LPGA Tour 2022 season opener, the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions (total prize money $1.5 million), held the previous day at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club (par 72) in Orlando, Florida. Minjee Lee (Australia) is 6th, Nasa Hataoka (Japan) 7th, Yuka Saso, who recently changed her nationality from the Philippines to Japan, is 9th, and the runner-up of the season opener, Brooke Henderson (Canada), is 10th. Kim Hyo-joo (27, Lotte) dropped two spots from 9th last week to 11th.
