According to the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul, at around 11:49 PM on the 17th, a passenger car driven by a man in his 30s, A, was driving in the wrong direction in the first lane of the Sinwol-Yeoui underpass in Yangpyeong-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, when it collided head-on with an oncoming sports utility vehicle (SUV).
