[Asia Economy Reporter Kwangho Lee] Kwon Nam-ju, former vice president, has been nominated as the new president of Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO).
KAMCO held a shareholders' meeting on the 14th and decided to recommend former Vice President Kwon as the final candidate for president.
The president of KAMCO is appointed by the president of the country upon the recommendation of the Financial Services Commission chairman.
