"Heal in Indoor Gardens" 'Smart Gardens' Established at 30 Sites in Changwon National Industrial Complex

View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Jucheol In] Changwon City in Gyeongnam announced on the 12th that it will carry out the ‘Smart Garden’ project this year, creating indoor plant gardens for 30 resident companies and public institutions in the Changwon National Industrial Complex.
The city will accept applications until February 4th and will create plant gardens in unused spaces within buildings at no cost to the companies or public institutions.
The plant gardens do not require individuals to manage them daily. Smart technology is applied to automatically water the plants and provide lighting to care for them.

The project budget of 900 million KRW is supported by the Korea Forest Service. The Korea Forest Service and Changwon City started this project in 2020. In 2020, 17 places, and in 2021, 15 places created indoor gardens with the help of the Korea Forest Service and Changwon City.
