Along with this, the general sale of the remodeled apartment 'Songpa The Platinum,' sold the day before at 67-7 Ogeum-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, also closed with all units sold, receiving 75,382 applications for 29 units, averaging a high competition rate of 2,599 to 1.
In particular, the 72㎡ units, with 15 units available, received 41,961 applications, recording the highest competition rate of 2,797 to 1. The 65㎡ units, with 14 units available, received 33,421 applications, showing a high competition rate of 2,387 to 1.
