Applications can only be made by visiting the Comprehensive Social Welfare Center in person during the recruitment period, and when visiting, applicants must bring one of the following: an ID card, a paper certificate proving completion of vaccination, a smartphone app (Koov, KakaoTalk, Naver, etc.), or a vaccination sticker. All program tuition fees are free, and material costs are the responsibility of the participant.
