EY Hanyoung Acquires Strategy Consulting Firm T-Plus... Expanding Strategy Consulting Services
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Global accounting and consulting firm EY Hanyoung announced on the 6th that it has acquired the domestic strategy consulting firm Tangible Plus (T-Plus) Consulting.
T-Plus has provided corporate growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategies, and value enhancement strategy services to numerous companies and private equity (PE) clients across various industries including consumer goods, distribution, healthcare, waste management, robotics, and industrial goods for over 20 years.
T-Plus will join EY-Parthenon, a strategy consulting specialized organization. With the addition of T-Plus, Hanyoung plans to further expand its strategy-focused service capabilities in both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) industries in Korea.
