According to Korean Air on the 29th, eight Chinese passengers who took Korean Air flight KE831 departing from Incheon International Airport in mid-month tested positive for COVID-19 upon arrival in Shenyang. It was reported that they had submitted negative PCR and serology test certificates in advance to the Chinese Embassy in Korea before boarding the aircraft.

According to this measure, the Incheon?Shenyang route will not operate on the 7th and 14th of next month, and the Tianjin route will be suspended starting from the 4th of the same month. Additionally, a COVID-19 positive case was confirmed on a Korean Air flight to Hong Kong, resulting in a ban on the Incheon?Hong Kong route until the 8th of next month.
