Netmarble Establishes ESG Management Committee... Appoints CEO Kwon Young-sik as Chairman
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Netmarble announced on the 28th that it has established an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Management Committee.
The ESG Committee serves as a deliberation and resolution body for ESG policies and key matters, acting as the control tower for ESG management.
The chairman of the committee is Kwon Young-sik, CEO of Netmarble. The committee also includes Executive Director Do Ki-wook and Managing Director Kim Seong-cheol. Under the committee, there will be an ESG Management Office dedicated to ESG operations.
The ESG Management Office will support the committee alongside internal ESG-related departments as well as external advisory groups from academia, corporations, and NGOs.

Netmarble plans to publish its first "Sustainability Management Report," which will include ESG management directions and specific activity indicators, within the first quarter of next year.
