According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction price disclosure system on the 23rd, a 268.95㎡ unit (2nd floor) in Parc Hannam was sold for 12 billion KRW on the 13th, marking a record high.
A 268.67㎡ unit (4th floor) in the complex had set a record high by signing a sales contract for 11.7 billion KRW on the 26th of last month, and then broke the record again 17 days later.

Meanwhile, on the 4th of last month, a 489.79㎡ officetel unit (68th floor) in 'Lotte World Tower and Lotte World Mall' (Signiel Residence) located in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, was sold for 24.5 billion KRW. This is the highest price ever recorded since real transaction prices began to be disclosed in 2006, not only for officetels but also for all types of multi-family housing (apartments, multi-unit houses, and row houses).
