"Michelin 2-Star Chef Cake" Galleria Department Store, Christmas Cake Popup
Galleria Department Store is exclusively presenting a total of eight Christmas dessert brands at the luxury hall Gourmet 494 to celebrate the year-end. Models are introducing the cakes.

From cakes by Michelin 2-star chefs to famous bakery favorites, a variety of dessert brands can be found in one space.
Galleria is the first in the industry to present a collaboration cake between Michelin 2-star Chef Lim Jeong-sik's 'Jeongsik Cafe' and the popular brunch and wine bar 'Jade & Water' in Oksu-dong. This collaboration cake features premium eggs from the brand 'Samcho Village.' Unique cakes such as Dolharubang Black Sesame Mousse Cake and Yuzu Tiramisu will be available as a pop-up until the 26th.
The French luxury dessert brand 'Yann Couvreur' pop-up will also be available until the 13th of next month. Yann Couvreur, a famous French baker, is a naturalistic chef who expresses delicate flavors using fresh ingredients without chemical additives. Signature items such as Merveille and Hotfox Original are well-known. The premium cake 'B?che de No?l' will be available for reservation in a limited quantity of 100 during the Christmas period.
The large-scale cookie specialty store from Gwangju, 'Dongmyeong Confectionery,' will hold a pop-up until the 30th. Dongmyeong Confectionery, which held a pop-up at the luxury hall in October, gained great popularity with long lines forming early in the morning due to word of mouth on SNS. This pop-up will feature a newly developed cheesecake in limited quantities for the Christmas season.
Cheongdam donut specialty store 'Cafe Knotted' and souffle pancake specialty store 'Flippers' will offer Christmas season cakes for a limited time until the 26th. Cafe Knotted has already completed reservation sales and is attracting great interest to the point that only on-site purchases are possible.
