Dongmoon Construction announced on the 20th that it will provide a dedicated storage unit for each household free of charge in the 'Eumseong Dongmoon The East' apartments in Chungbuk, scheduled for sale this month, where seasonal items and other belongings can be stored.

The dedicated storage units for each household will be installed in the lower space of the building on the first basement floor, measuring 0.9m in width, 1m in length, and 2.1m in height. They are designed to be accessible through the elevator hall on the first basement floor, and digital door locks will be installed to prevent loss. Above all, the advantage is that there is no additional cost burden.

Eumseong Dongmoon The East will be built in Block B5 of the Seongbon Industrial Complex within the Chungbuk Enterprise Complex, consisting of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with a total of 687 households. All units have an exclusive area of 84㎡.

It is closest to National Road No. 82, which connects to Daeso IC, and it is possible to reach downtown Seoul within an hour using the Jungbu Expressway and Pyeongtaek-Jecheon Expressway. Additionally, there is a school site (planned) within walking distance for commuting, and a central commercial site (planned) nearby.

As it is a non-regulated area, adults aged 19 or older who have been subscribed to a subscription savings account for more than six months and meet the deposit conditions by area can apply for the first priority subscription regardless of the number of houses owned or household head status. In particular, since the apartments are located within an industrial complex, first priority subscription is possible from other regions without residence restrictions according to Article 4, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 of the Housing Supply Regulations.
