On the 15th, Nonghyup Life Insurance held the Financial Consumer Protection Internal Control Committee meeting to discuss the 'Status of Establishing the Financial Consumer Protection Internal Control System and Future Plans' submitted by the Consumer Protection Team, the organization responsible for overseeing financial consumer protection.
They also shared the current status of compliance with the Financial Consumer Protection Act and the future roles of each organizational unit to prevent legal violations.
The Internal Control Committee is an executive-level meeting held under internal control regulations approved by the board of directors, serving as the committee overseeing financial consumer protection activities.
Attendees included CEO Kim In-tae, vice presidents of each business division, the compliance officer, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and Chief Consumer Officer (CCO).
