CCM is a system in which the Korea Consumer Agency evaluates every two years whether companies organize all management activities from the consumer's perspective and continuously improve them, and the Fair Trade Commission certifies it. DB Insurance was the first in the industry to receive CCMS certification in 2008, and this time it received certification for the eighth consecutive time, the first in the non-life insurance industry.
In 2014, under the leadership of CEO Kim Jeong-nam, DB Insurance systematized promises to customers and declared the service identity 'Happiness Promise 365.' Every year, a CCM promotion strategy is established for all employees to practice, reflecting improvements derived from the previous year's performance and reflections, and systematically executed through goal setting and monthly performance feedback.
To actively understand customer demands and drastically improve service quality, the consumer evaluation group system has been operated for 11 years since 2010.
This year, DB Insurance declared it the 'New Consumer Era' and accelerated consumer-centered management. On February 15th, all executives and employees held a consumer protection declaration ceremony, and designated the third week of every month as the Consumer-Centered Management Intensive Operation Week, conducting programs related to consumer protection for a week.
As a result of continuously promoting these consumer-centered management activities, DB Insurance was selected as number one in long-term insurance in the Korea Service Quality Index hosted by the Korea Standards Association this year.
