The briefing was organized by the Jeollanam-do Road Management Office and Jangheung-gun to actively collect residents' opinions.
The project sections include Gisan Intersection, where the road structure was poor due to unbalanced intersection alignment, and the Suyang-ri to Moryeong-ri section, which had a high risk of accidents due to severe curves. These have been long-standing projects desired by the residents of Jangheung-gun.

The project budget is 1.5 billion KRW, with detailed design scheduled to be completed by next month. Land compensation and various administrative coordination procedures will be carried out, aiming to start construction in the first half of next year.
