This fund selects core themes that currently form megatrends and focuses on long-term investment primarily in domestic listed stocks with high growth potential within those themes. It operates with a strategy to discover innovative companies at the early stage of growth and hold them for a long period to pursue differentiated returns.
The themes were selected through a five-step checklist and scoring system. The currently chosen themes are Metaverse, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Next Mobility, Next Green, and Next Bio.
Investment stocks are selected based on Eugene Asset Management’s six-step qualitative and quantitative evaluation, focusing on the mid- to long-term growth value of core businesses. Additionally, investment weights are determined by potential for growth rather than market capitalization, distinguishing this fund from existing funds that concentrate investment weights on top market cap stocks.
To enhance management expertise, a dedicated manager is assigned to each theme. Each manager will conduct ongoing theme reviews to adjust investment weights for overheated or neglected themes. After regular reviews, if an existing theme is judged not to meet the criteria, new themes that can replace it will be discovered and allocated to manage risk.
