Crystal Jade Launches Winter Menu Featuring 'Haeryuk Jinmi'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon]Crystal Jade, selected as a Michelin Guide Seoul recommended restaurant for five consecutive years, announced on the 17th that it will offer a winter season limited menu.
The concept for this season is ‘Haeryuk Jinmi’ (Delicacies of Sea and Land), presenting winter season menus using fresh ingredients grown with the energy of the sea and land as the weather gets colder. It uses oysters from Tongyeong, which grow in the clear waters off Tongyeong and are plump and rich in nutrients, and hobuchu, which can be enjoyed even more deliciously in the winter season.
The three limited menus are ▲ ‘Tongyeong Oyster Jjamppong,’ the winter season’s signature dish filled with fresh Tongyeong oysters ▲ ‘Tongyeong Oyster Longevity Rice Bowl,’ served with Tongyeong oysters and seafood in a light white sauce ▲ ‘Tongyeong Oyster Fried,’ crispy fried oysters enjoyed with tartar sauce.
In particular, Tongyeong Oyster Jjamppong, which contains various fresh seafood and plump Tongyeong oysters, offers a spicy yet refreshing taste and is the number one preferred menu that customers look forward to every year.
