LG CNS Q3 Operating Profit 89.9 Billion KRW... 57% Increase YoY
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] LG CNS announced on the 15th that its operating profit for the third quarter of this year reached 89.9 billion KRW, a 57% increase compared to the same period last year. Sales amounted to 1.0244 trillion KRW, up 28% year-on-year.
LG CNS explained that "the financial information technology (IT), cloud, and smart logistics sectors drove the growth in performance." Previously, LG CNS had built MyData platforms in the financial sector, including cards, banks, and securities, starting from the end of last year.
In the cloud sector, LG CNS led the recent project to fully migrate Korean Air's IT systems to Amazon Web Services (AWS) public cloud.

LG CNS stated that logistics automation using IT new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), optimization algorithms, and digital twins counts Lotte On and Coupang among its major clients.
