NH Nonghyup Life Revamps Mobile App Reflecting Customer Feedback
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] NH Nonghyup Life announced on the 12th that it has completely revamped the main screen of its mobile application by reflecting customer feedback.
The screen was organized to gather major services frequently used by customers in one place for quick access. Pages were divided by category to enable fast screen transitions according to the purpose of use.
Additionally, a feature was added that allows customers to select 5 out of 17 frequently used menus to customize their own menu. The screen font size was enlarged to enhance customer readability.
