On the 5th, the Blue House stated, "The petitioner said that his younger sister took her own life last July after suffering gaslighting and domestic violence from her husband (a non-commissioned officer) and demanded punishment for her sister's husband. More than 244,000 citizens agreed with the petition."
The Blue House explained, "The petitioner reported the victimization to the Ministry of National Defense through the Defense Help Call and other channels along with writing the national petition in September. Subsequently, a formal complaint against the non-commissioned officer, the younger sister's husband, was submitted to the Military Police Corps, which is currently investigating the case."
