Revamped to Suit Generational Characteristics... Expanding Customer Choices
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] Woori Bank announced on the 1st that it will provide a new main screen on its mobile banking app Woori Won Banking that reflects the characteristics of each generation.
The new main screen offers a Fun Type for the MZ generation and an Easy Type for the senior generation. Including the basic main screen, the Basic Type, customers can choose from a total of three options.
The Fun Type reflects the strong individuality of the MZ generation by prioritizing the asset management service "One Challenge," which allows users to set their own goals and check their achievement rates. The Easy Type prioritizes "Personal Financial Schedule" for the senior generation. It enhances accessibility for seniors who have difficulty using mobile banking by providing a simple screen layout and important financial schedule notification features.
The main screen setting of Woori Won Banking can be selected through Login → Full Menu → Settings → Home Screen Settings.

A Woori Bank official said, "Providing a new main screen enables us to offer a personalized customer experience," and added, "When our MyData service is launched in the future, we plan to introduce a hyper-personalized asset management service that integrates comprehensive information such as banking, card, insurance, telecommunications, credit information, real estate, and automobile information."
