This recruitment process included document screening, coding tests, first and second round interviews, and health check procedures. From the 13th to the 15th, first team leader interviews and second business division head and executive interviews were held on the metaverse platform Gather Town for experienced positions, and from the 27th to the 29th for new developers. Hanwha Systems plans to hire double-digit numbers across five development roles: Java development, Abap development, ICT development and operations, cloud operations, and SAP module operations.
The Hanwha Systems ICT division transitioned to a "smart work system" in September last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, innovating overall work processes to be contactless and digitally based, including remote work, video conferencing, and metaverse training. Since last year, interviews have been conducted via video systems, and the metaverse method was introduced starting last month. Along with the ICT division, the defense division is also conducting new employee in-house training (OJT) programs through the metaverse.
