[Haenam＝Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Hyun] Jeonnam Haenam-gun (Governor Myeong Hyun-gwan) held the first meeting of the COVID-19 Daily Recovery Promotion Team on the 29th of last month, taking the first step to shift the quarantine system to safely restore the precious daily lives of the residents.

According to the county on the 1st, the meeting conducted an inspection to prepare for a rapid transition of the quarantine posture targeting all departments and towns in line with the government's phased daily recovery implementation plan announcement.

On the 22nd of last month, the COVID-19 Daily Recovery Promotion Team was formed, consisting of five support teams: Operation Support Team, Autonomous Safety Team, Quarantine Medical Team, Economic Livelihood Team, and Social Culture Team, led by Governor Myeong Hyun-gwan, establishing a preparation system to support the safe transition of residents' daily lives.

Governor Myeong Hyun-gwan requested, "Since the prolonged COVID-19 situation since last year has accumulated fatigue among residents and caused significant damage to small business owners and self-employed people across social, economic, cultural, and tourism sectors, we will do our utmost to respond to government policies and discover leading projects to overcome the difficult crisis."

He also instructed to prepare in advance to ensure that residents do not experience inconvenience related to the so-called 'vaccine pass,' including diagnostic tests, vaccinations, and issuance of vaccination certificates.

The county, together with the promotion team, formed a dedicated home treatment team at the public health center and designated Haenam General Hospital and Haenam Woori General Hospital as medical cooperation institutions for home treatment, making thorough preparations for home treatment.

The county plans to focus all efforts on increasing vaccination rates and managing quarantine situations to safely manage the COVID-19 situation while gradually restoring residents' daily lives.
