Zynapse is a company that possesses AI technology that converts sentences input in various languages into voice for chatbots and voicebots, as well as natural language understanding technology that induces natural conversations.
Through this business agreement, both companies plan to advance Shinhan Financial Group's integrated AI contact center, closely collaborate on new business development related to financial data with Shinhan Bank's AI Research Center, AICC, and promote tight business cooperation.
Through this, Shinhan Bank plans to provide digital innovation services utilizing AI technology, and it is expected that by combining AI technology with channels for customer communication in the future, they will be able to draw a blueprint for future financial services.
