Saemaeul Geumgo to Conduct Second Half New Employee Recruitment... 277 Selected from 176 Branches
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] The National Credit Union Federation of Korea announced on the 14th that it will conduct the 2021 second half public recruitment for new employees at Saemaeul Geumgo.
The recruitment will be conducted at 176 Saemaeul Geumgo branches nationwide, with an expected scale of 277 positions. Applications will be accepted for five days starting from the 18th.
Applicants will be selected through document screening, written tests, and interviews. Based on the number of recruitment positions at the credit union applied for, six times the number of applicants will pass the document screening, and four times the number will pass the written test. However, for agricultural and fishing village credit unions, the number of successful candidates at each stage will be increased by 1.5 times.
The written test is scheduled to be conducted offline on the 13th of next month at 13 regional test centers nationwide. To evaluate applicants' competencies, personality tests and NCS basic vocational competency assessments will be administered.
For fairness and objectivity in the evaluation process, the interview will be conducted in principle with one external interviewer who is not an executive or employee of the respective credit union.
