Kakao Enterprise Provides AI Chatbot to Amorepacific
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Kakao Enterprise will provide artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot services to Amorepacific.
On the 14th, Kakao Enterprise announced that it signed a contract with Amorepacific to use 'Kakao i Connect Talk' and will launch the service early next year.
'Kakao i Connect Talk' is an AI-based business platform that combines KakaoTalk channels and chatbots.
Through this contract, Amorepacific will be able to provide product inquiries, orders, delivery tracking, and customer inquiries all at once via KakaoTalk.
The company stated that by adding a customer channel through KakaoTalk on Amorepacific's official online mall, 'Amore Mall,' sales expansion is expected.
For example, if a user asks "Recommend a foundation" in Amorepacific's KakaoTalk channel chat window, the chatbot displays related products in image format within the chat window. Users can also click to purchase the product directly within the chat.
'Kakao i Connect Talk' has a high Korean language recognition ability that covers dialects and slang. If a user asks for "Kkuankku (styled but not styled) cosmetics recommendation," it understands the term and recommends the top 10 products accordingly.
