GS Shop has officially launched 'QA Guide Bot (Q Bot)', a quality information service based on KakaoTalk.

This service is available to all GS Shop partners. It provides various information such as quality inspection standards by product category, legally required labeling, and test items. In addition, since changes in related laws or policies are shared in real time, partners can proactively prevent risks related to regulatory amendments.
Q-Bot also operates a ‘QA Consultation Bot’ service that allows real-time Q&A. Partners can receive one-on-one answers to their various questions.
