The event, held in London, UK, the previous day, was a great success with about 300 attendees, including key officials from the UK government, international organizations based in London, diplomatic corps from various countries, expatriates, and Korean residents.
NH Nonghyup Bank set up a booth to promote Korean agricultural products, offering tastings and promotions of regional specialty processed foods such as Nonghyup Red Ginseng, Hangwa (traditional Korean sweets), green tea, apple chips, walnuts and pine nuts, and Korean rice noodles, providing many foreigners with the opportunity to experience domestic agricultural foods.
President Junhak Kwon of NH Nonghyup Bank said, "We will make the National Day event an annual event for NH Nonghyup Bank and use it as an opportunity to continuously promote the excellence of Korean agricultural products to the world."
