Actor Nam Moon-cheol Passes Away During Colon Cancer Battle at Age 50
Actor Nam Moon-chul passed away while battling colon cancer. He was 50 years old. His agency BK stated on the 4th, "Nam, who had been fighting colon cancer, passed away from his illness at 6:20 a.m. today." Nam began his acting career on stage and appeared in various works such as "Sarangbyeolgok," "Gongjang," "Chwimiui Bang," and "Gyeote Isseodo Honja." He also shone in many productions with his distinctive performances on screen and television, including dramas like "Yukryongi Nareusha," "38 Sagidongdae," "Cheongchunsidae," "Suits," and "Nokdukkot," as well as films like "Lighter Wo Keora," "Yonguja X," "Geomeun Sajedeul," and "Baekdusan." The funeral is being held at Room 10 of the National Health Insurance Service Ilsan Hospital Funeral Hall. The funeral procession will take place at 6:30 a.m. on the 6th, and the burial site is Busan Memorial Park.
