[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Hancom and Cyworld will provide a 'Smart Meeting Room' service.
Hancom announced on the 15th that it has signed a partnership agreement with Cyworld Z. The two companies will collaborate on virtual smart meeting room service business, member data integration, joint marketing, and future metaverse space development.
Hancom will make an equity investment in Cyworld Z to accelerate business alliances and promote strategic business cooperation between the two companies.
The two companies plan to create a virtual smart meeting room that enables small meetings and gatherings in a non-face-to-face environment, linked with the Cyworld service. Hancom plans to implement features in the smart meeting room service such as web editor technology, cloud collaborative document creation and sharing, work, approval, and meetings.
They will also create customer contact spaces such as showrooms and lounges where companies and customers can communicate directly. In the future, these will be developed into metaverse spaces together with Cyworld.
Additionally, through member data integration, they will discover new customer segments and promote platform exchanges and joint marketing such as Cyworld and Hancom Typing Game.
